Fastnet was founded on a simple belief: fast, reliable internet should not be a luxury. In a country where digital transformation is reshaping commerce, education, healthcare, and governance — connectivity is infrastructure as critical as roads and electricity. We started in Westlands in 2016 with a small fiber loop and a team of five. Today, we serve over 2,900 subscribers across 38 neighborhoods in Nairobi, and we’re growing every month. Our technology foundation — Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) — delivers symmetrical speeds with exceptional reliability.
